Do Kiddy Books present a risk for young children?

Our books and products are categorized by age and are designed to be safe for children. Some of the activities contain small detachable objects, but their material and size are suitable for children.

What materials are used in your books?

Our books are entirely made of polyester fibers and acrylic.
The accessories are in knit or felt. All our books are laboratory tested and are CE certified and compliant.

How to wash Kiddy Book books?

Hand wash, preferably with a damp cloth with a little soap. Please do not machine wash!!

Your order

Track my order

To track your order, you can follow the link sent to you by email following the shipment of your order or in your customer area, in the "History and details of my orders" section.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after your order. If we have not yet processed your order, it is possible in some cases to cancel it.

What are the delivery times ?

From the receipt of the order and payment, your order will be shipped to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Your orders will be delivered by post in colisimo 48H.

We work with La Poste for all shipments in mainland France and Europe.

For France :

Product Returns

If the product does not meet your expectations, you have a legal period of 14 days to return the product.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You must attach a copy of the purchase invoice to the return package, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
Remember: the return package remains your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouses, so it is important that you keep the proof of postage until it arrives with us!

  • The payment solution

If you have a Paypal account, we offer you the possibility of paying the amount of your order using this account. No element of your financial information is to be entered. What if my payment is declined?

Follow our advice: check the information you entered on the payment form (expiration date, name of the credit card holder and CVC code). If the payment is still declined, use another payment method or contact your bank.
